This is GSIL CEO, Jeongwoo Lee, with PhD in Disaster Safety.

GSIL is a smart safety company that supports safety manager with great IT technology. We also predict risk and manage productivity using various safety data.

In 2013 when GSIL was first founded, safety was not as prominent as it is now, and smart safety was not familiar back then. The only reason that GSIL became a leader of smart safety is the passion without any stops, urgency, and knowledge of customers’ needs from their point of view.

GSIL began with applying smart safety system for the first time in Korea into ‘Janghang line section 3’ railroad construction. Signing a business agreement with the Gangwon branch of the Korea Railroad Authority was followed and jointly developed system that can manage risks on-site in real-time to prevent accidents in Pyeongchang Olympics.

GSIL is equipped with technical skills and has certification on Construction Technology from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (No. 828) and Disaster Prevention technology from the Ministry of Public Administration and Security (No, 2019-5). We also design, develop, and build smart safety platform for many Korean firms, such as LH (Korea Land and Housing Corporation), SH (Seoul Land and Housing Corporation), and Samsung Engineering. Recently, GSIL is expanding business to occupational safety in manufacturing, AI, and ESG.
